Terms of Use
App: Charge: Subscription Tracker (“Charge”) Effective date: 16 October 2026 Last updated: 16 October 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Charge for iPhone, iPad and Mac (the “App”), provided by an individual developer based in Poland (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”). Contact: radioideaxp@gmail.com.
By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Apple’s Standard EULA applies
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement for Licensed Applications (the “Apple EULA”): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA prevails to the extent of the conflict.
You acknowledge that:
- These Terms are between you and the Developer only, not with Apple.
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA where local law requires) and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple EULA and these Terms, for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where mandatory law allows it.
- Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the App.
- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices.
- Use the App in a way that breaks the law, infringes third-party rights or circumvents App Store rules.
4. What the App does — and doesn’t do
Charge is a tracking tool. You enter your subscriptions and their amounts yourself; the App shows totals, upcoming payments and reminders.
- Charge does not connect to your bank or card, and does not pay, cancel, pause or change any subscription with any provider. To cancel a subscription you track, contact that provider.
- Amounts are shown in the currency you choose in Settings. No currency conversion is performed.
- “Next payment” dates, trial end dates and totals are calculated from the information you enter and may differ from what a provider actually charges.
5. Free plan and Charge Pro
5.1 Plans
- Free: track one subscription.
- Charge Pro: track an unlimited number of subscriptions. Offered as an auto-renewing subscription, billed weekly or yearly at the price shown in the App before you confirm. Prices may vary by country and currency.
5.2 How purchases work
All purchases are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. The status of your Charge Pro subscription is managed on our behalf by RevenueCat, Inc., as described in our Privacy Policy.
5.3 Auto-renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel at any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or from Settings → Manage Subscriptions in the App. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
5.4 Free trials
If a free trial of Charge Pro is offered, the subscription price is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
5.5 Price changes
Prices may change. Apple notifies you of any increase that requires your consent before it takes effect, in line with App Store rules.
5.6 Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: https://reportaproblem.apple.com. EU consumers keep any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to digital content.
6. Your data
The subscriptions and settings you enter are stored on your device and, if enabled, in your private iCloud account. We have no access to them and make no claim to them. You are responsible for keeping your own backups (for example via iCloud).
7. Reminders
Reminders are local notifications delivered by iOS. Their delivery depends on your notification settings, Focus modes, the system’s limits on scheduled notifications and your device being on. We do not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered or delivered on time. Do not rely on the App as your only way to avoid unwanted charges.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted operation, except where such warranties cannot be excluded by law.
Charge is a personal organisation tool. It is not financial, legal or tax advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including charges from third-party subscriptions, missed reminders, lost profits, lost savings or lost data.
- Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) EUR 50.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (including, in the EU, liability for death, personal injury, gross negligence or wilful misconduct).
10. Termination
You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or the Apple EULA, or where required by law or by Apple. Sections 3, 4, 6–9 and 11–12 survive termination.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, excluding conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Disputes go to the competent courts of Poland.
EU consumers: you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts where Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 allows.
12. General
- Severability: if a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver: not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor in a business transfer, subject to the Apple EULA.
- Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Apple EULA are the entire agreement between you and us about the App.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change, and material changes will be announced in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
